Their story
Twenty years in HR at a big conglomerate: she sat on the interview panel for more than ten thousand people, and sat across the salary table for just as long. She read her own saju for fun, it said "leave this year and you'll finally perform", and she actually handed in her resignation. Now she hangs a whiteboard in a small office near Gangnam Station and reads charts for job changes, interviews and salary talks. The neighborhood, Yeoksam, is named after an old post station where riders swapped horses, so she insists it's the perfect ground for changing jobs. Her weapon is knowing how a company looks at people from the inside.

How they talk
“Bottom line first: this chart performs well but never reports up.”
“In salary talks, whoever names a number first loses. Even more so with a weak wealth star.”
“Luck is like a job posting. You have to apply before the deadline.”
