Terms of Service

The service

Paldo Saju is an entertainment service run by Raymind.AI LLC. Our fortune tellers ("masters") are AI characters, not real people. They read Korean saju, the four pillars of your birth, for fun and self-reflection. Readings are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and we do not claim any supernatural power.

How it is made

Masters' words and readings are written by generative AI (Google Gemini and others). Master artwork and video were also made with AI. Your eight characters are calculated with a Korean perpetual calendar, using the solar terms and the local time of your birth city.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy a reading or ask follow-up questions. We use the birth date you enter; if it shows you are under 18, paid readings and follow-up questions are not available.

Reading credits and payment

• Your first reading is free. A full reading (four chapters plus ten follow-up questions) is opened with one reading credit.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include tax. Your local currency may be shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe for Raymind.AI LLC, and your card statement shows "RAYMIND.AI* PALDOSAJU".
• Credits work with any master and any worry, and are valid for 365 days from purchase.
• Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Refunds

• Unused credits: full refund within 7 days of purchase. If you used part of a bundle, we refund the unused credits.
• If a reading fails to generate, is cut off, or does not work as described, we will fix it or refund you.
• Ten more questions: full refund within 7 days if none of the added questions were used.
• Email support@paldosaju.com for any refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your local consumer law.

UK and EU: your right to cancel

You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. When you start a reading straight away, you ask us to begin immediately and you lose the right to cancel once the reading has started. Unused credits can still be refunded as above.

Your content

You may save and share your own reading. Masters, artwork and the reading screens belong to us.

Not allowed

Entering other people's details without their consent, automated or bulk requests, and commercial use of readings or characters without permission.

Liability

We do not guarantee any outcome, and you should not make important decisions based on a reading. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and disputes

We announce changes 7 days ahead (30 days if they are worse for you). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.
