Who we are

Paldo Saju is run by Raymind.AI LLC, which decides how your information is used. Contact: support@paldosaju.com.

What we collect

• Your reading: birth date, birth time (if you give it), gender, birth city, the worry you pick and what you type to your master.
• Payments: amount, what you bought, the email you enter at checkout. Card details go to Stripe; we never see or keep them.
• Device and visit: cookies, device and browser type, pages visited, and where you came from (for example an ad).
• Waitlist: your email, country, and the master and worry you picked.

Why we use it

• To calculate your chart and write your reading (to provide the service you asked for).
• To take payments, send receipts, and handle refunds.
• To keep the service safe and stop abuse (our legitimate interest).
• To measure ads and improve the service (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies for this). You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Who helps us

• Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google (Gemini AI for writing readings, and Analytics), Resend (email), Meta (ad measurement). All are in the United States.
• We send your birth details and what you type to Google Gemini only to write your reading. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Readings and orders are kept while your account is active and as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to support@paldosaju.com. In the UK and EU you can also complain to your data protection authority. In California you can ask us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell it, and you can block ad measurement cookies in your browser.

Children

Paid readings are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
