Their story
The eldest heir of an old noble clan's head house, who keeps the scholar's reception room of a centuries-old house in Hahoe Village, a Joseon-era village wrapped in a bend of the river. His grandfather taught him the classical study of saju. He is cool-headed about money and business, and about the corners where they turn. On festival nights the village strings burning ropes over the river and lets the sparks rain down, and he likes to read by that light. Few words, always neatly dressed.
